It was very clean outside and inside. When arriving, we were greeted immediately by staff who were super sweet and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tube were amazing, and very clean. The rooms were very clean with clean sheets and blankets, along with the bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was great as well, was very well stocked with a variety of different foods and drinks. The views from the property are beautiful during the day and night but gorgeous at sunset and sunrise. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we intend on staying again on our next trip to Trinidad.

Accommodated us to get in before check-in as the pass was closed; was greatly appreciated! Pool was right outside our door and the exercise room outside back door. Loved that as a convenience! Check-in was very fast also.

The facility was wonderful. The rooms were attractive and exceptionally clean. The common areas were spacious and the pool area was very nice plus a great option for indoor swimming in cold weather.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast room was working hard to keep everything stocked and clean. The bathroom was very well done, and the shower head was really nice with the rain option. Thank you!

This hotel was very nice there was nice staff and there was even an indoor pool and I really love that there was morning breakfast and I definitely recommend this hotel

We liked the cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed, room temperature while sleeping. Although we came in late and left right after breakfast, other amenities (pool, bar, pool tables) looked nice. The lobby and dining room were spacious.

Breakfast was plentiful. Waffles, omelets, burritos, breads (toaster), oatmeal(microwave), cereal, coffee/tea. Hot tub was hot.
